Reading Development. Duration is 45 minutes to 1 hr three times a week during the summer program.   A major priority for the Triple Fun Club, as an organization, is to get children reading as early as possible. Books are read and discussed under different guided reading plans while paying attention to fluency, diction, and how words are pronounced.  Those who cannot read, especially at the nursery and foundational stages, are taught to read. At the Triple Fun Club, we do not talk about reading, we simply read - knowing fully well the role fluent reading plays in comprehension.  

Lastly, modeling fluent reading for children is a major key focus since it helps the, appreciate good diction and reading skills. ​
