Vocabulary development is at the root of the Triple Fun spelling bee programme. Aim is to improve the children's pronunciation, spelling, understanding and contextual use of words made available. These words are carefully selected to ensure relevance in their overall educational development. The lists of words are regularly updated. It is on record that children who spend between 2 and 3 years in the Triple Fun programme have high levels of vocabulary and, of course, well ahead of their peers.

The importance of a rich vocabulary (whether in written or in oral communication) can never be over-emphasized. There are records of spellers between ages 5 and 6 who are well able to spell words classified for ages 8, 9 and 10.  Amazing children indeed!

The vocabulary development program equally helps children between ages 3 and 4 to naturally spell beyond their traditional foundational 3 and 4-letter words. Most importantly, all these activities are laced with fun and the joy and laughter on the faces of the children never seem to end.
